The condominium units in five of the Stonebridge neighborhoods share a design theme based on the four different floor plans. Units range from a 1,700 square foot ranch to a 2,400 square foot two-story. Most units offered at least three bedrooms, with four bedrooms in units offering a full second story and either four or five bedrooms in units with finished lower levels. Some lower levels are walk-out units, others are view out.
