When compared with the end of February, the end of March saw a 13% rise in Ann Arbor Condo inventory. As the spring market begins and condo values continue to rise, many sellers are finding that they are able to sell their condos, when they were previously unable to. Due to strong buyer demand and more units available for sale, there is also a rise in the number of contracts pending, up 34%.

With a 2.9 month supply of units available for sale, Ann Arbor Condos remain in a seller's market. Compared with January, inventory is up 10% with sales about the same. As condo values continue to increase, more sellers are able to list their units as the are no longer under water with their mortgages. We will hopefully see this trend continue throughout the year.
