Arbor Hills is located on the northeast side of Ann Arbor. This community of site condos was built in 1997 and receives city utilities. Children attend Ann Arbor schools. According to the Ann Arbor Planning Commission and Department, one of the first projects of the Arbor Hills Association was to welcome new homeowners to the subdivision, delivering cookies to new households in the neighborhood. Annual picnics are held every summer, and bicycle and costume parades are a family favorite on Memorial Day and Halloween.
