In May 2010, the Ottawa Real Estate Board reports 510 condos listed for sale and 348 condo sold in the Ottawa area.
In June 2010, there were 558 Ottawa condos listed for sale and 361 condos sold.
The June numbers represent an 9.4% increase in listings and a 3.7% increase in sales from the May numbers.
